RealEMWIN software was developed by Skywatch Services to assist in downloading and displaying weather wire data transmitted over the Emergency Managers Weather Information Network (EMWIN). Products available range from your local weather conditions and forecast, severe weather watches and warnings, satellite and radar graphics - all available within seconds of being transmitted from the National Weather Service! And information is not limited to the United States, as bulletins from Canada, Mexico and many international locations are available.
RealEMWIN can function on its own with either a GOES satellite feed or VHF reception (via local rebroadcast), or can serve as a "plug-in" for Weathernode™ V4 from Xenocode.
Version 1.8 is available from Zephyrus Web Site! It comes as
a 14-day unlimited trial version, after which registration costs $69.95.
If you don't register, the software reverts to "shareware mode" which
restricts you to two alarm settings and one hour of operation.
RealEMWIN Network software is also available. Please contact Zephyrus for more information on obtaining this product.
How do I get the Free Trial Version?
Click on the download icon below to save the file to your computer. Choose the directory on your computer where you want to save the file, then press the save button. The download should start automatically.
*NOTE*
Vista users and some on Microsoft Server or NT also need to install the VB5 runtime files before installing RealEMWIN, available directly from Microsoft.
